Shipping & Returns

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the world. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination. Expedited deliveries are available, use our Contact Us page to discuss options. For non-expedited US orders we charge a flat $2.00 (US Dollars) shipping and handling fee per item. For non-expedited international orders we charge a flat $2.50 (US Dollars) shipping and handling fee per item but for orders greater then 20 Spread Heads please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page to discuss shipping options.

Returns are only granted if products are found to be defective. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping thus, returns caused by mishandling are non-refundable. Refunds are granted 15 days after receiving the product(s). The refunded amount is the total price purchased minus shipping and handling fees. If dis-satisfied, please use the Contact Us page and send us a message detailing the problem, and we will make arrangements for the products return or possible exchange. Thank you.
