1. When will my order arrive?
We ship all orders through regular US Mail from southern California. Usually it takes 1 to 2 weeks from the day you order, any order outside of the US may take longer. So approximate accordingly. If you want to expedite your order Contact Us before you place an order.
2. Does Mustard Marvin or Ketchup Charlie fit this ketchup or mustard bottle?
Ketchup Charlie fits most US upright Ketchup bottles. Mustard Marvin fits most US Yellow Mustard bottles. If you have any problems don't hesitate to Contact Us.
3. Is Mustard Marvin or Ketchup Charlie dishwasher safe?
Yes they are absolutely dishwasher safe. Or for day to day cleaning, simply wash with hot water and mild detergent then rinse.
4. Does the inventor really exist and does he make live appearances?
Depends on the season and the cycle of the moon.
